Transport-neutral reference to a specific message. Replaces WAMessageKey. {id, chatId} is the portable minimum; native round-trips the provider’s own key shape (WAMessageKey, Telegram {chat_id,message_id}, Discord snowflakes) so a provider can act on it later without the core knowing its structure.
