Defined in: durability/kv.ts:19 A journal table: 'inbox' / 'outbox', or a scoped one ('inbox:<scope>', see DurabilityBackend.scope). A backend stores any table name as an opaque string and keeps tables fully separate (ids, indexes, ranges).
