function userOf(ctx): UserData;

Defined in: user/UserDataService.ts:352

ctx.user with a non-optional type — for flows and conversations, whose ctx is typed as the minimal RuntimeMessage. Throws UserDataError('UNAVAILABLE') when the context was not built by a Bot.
